Lisa’s got a secret but she never keeps it to herself She doesn’t need to tell you her smile will paint the picture oh so well Doesn’t fit in anybody’s plans, no she’s got her eyes on Heaven Her heart is in God’s hands She can go wherever she likes ridin’ backwards on her bike She’s not who she once was, she’s not yet become who she will be Can’t paint her in a corner she’s dancin’ on the breeze of destiny She’ll never follow any other voice, it’s her Lover’s song that guides her So love becomes her choice She can go wherever she likes ridin’ backwards on her bike Her angels in the treetops her diamonds in the skies You may start to see them when you’re looking through her eyes Backwards on her bike.... Doesn’t fit in anybody’s plans, no she’s got her eyes on Heaven Her heart is in God’s hands She can go wherever she likes ridin’ backwards on her bike Her angels in the treetops her diamonds in the skies You may start to see them when you’re looking through her eyes Backwards on her bike....

Monday's child was feeling blue, Tuesday's child who noticed you, Wednesday's child was full of woe, Thursday's child was dressed up With no place to go. Friday's child and Saturday Out there running wild. Since she's met the King of hearts They call her Sunday's child. Sunday's child, oh yeah. Sunday's child, oh yeah. Some they cry all through the night, A few send up a wishing kite. When the day comes to an end, There you sit all alone feeling empty again. Frightened by each sadder day, So long since you smiled. You will find no peace of mind Til you're Sunday's child. Sunday's child, oh yeah. Sunday's child, oh yeah. Every day of the week, Every month of the year, While time is still on your side, Take the love that is here. Take the love that is here.

The day I met you I was sure That you were the one and my love begun. We talked a while and you'd get a smile And help me on, but then I'd soon be gone. We'll meet again, we'll meet again. And when we do I promise you Our love will never end. We met that night, I held you tight, And noticed more, 'tis you I could adore. Your world is mine and if they entwine I promise you that you'll never be blue. We'll meet again, we'll meet again. And when we do I promise you Our love will never end. A day goes by and I really try to thing of How much there really is to know. I can't believe that it's not a dream When I kissed you, and I really meant it too. We'll meet again, we'll meet again. And when we do I promise you Our love will never end. Two days have passed, they sure went fast, I'm feeling blue, I'll always remember you. I leave you now but gee, oh how I hate to go, We'll meet again I know. We'll meet again, we'll meet again. And when we do I promise you Our love will never end. We'll meet again.

Bought my first car down at Last Stop Auto Wreckers Just about the coolest ride I'd ever seen It's smoked like a dragon in a Chinese parade I didn't even care, man, I was just 18 Well, we're all travelers down the mystery highway Praying it leads us to them pearly gates Some people take a limo, some people go slo-mo In the end you only get home with love and faith Got my first guitar when I fell I love with records My daddy brought it to me straight from Sears It's been my sweet ride all around the world Squeezing out this music from between my ears We're all travelers down the mystery highway Praying it leads us to them pearly gates Some people take a limo, some people go slo-mo In the end you only get home using love and faith Help me now, and I'll help you Mile by mile, we'll make it thru I'm going your way, you're going my way On this mystery highway … We're all travelers down the mystery highway Praying it leads us to them pearly gates Some people take a limo, some people go slo-mo In the end you only get home with love and faith We're all travelers down the mystery highway Praying it leads us to them pearly gates Some people take a limo, some people go slo-mo In the end you only get home using love and faith

It ain’t just the way you dance The way you’re willing to take that chance It ain’t just your pretty lips The way you brush my neck with your fingertips It’s more than your willowy thighs Little secrets behind your eyes More than how I feel inside With this happiness I just can’t hide Something better child make my heart beat wild Just like rock and roll It’s your soul girl your soul girl Talkin’ ‘bout your sweet sweet soul It’s your soul girl your soul girl Baby, Baby it’s your soul It ain’t just the way you walk, Lights me up like an electric shock It ain’t just your sexy laugh Break my bad moods right in half It’s more than all the things you do Shake me up down to my shoes More than how you look so fine Make me so glad you’re mine all mine It’s your spirit when I’m near it Think I, I’m just about to lose control It’s your soul girl your soul girl Talkin’ ‘bout your sweet sweet soul It’s your soul girl your soul girl Baby, Baby it’s your soul….

I have had Phil Keaggy in “My Orbit” for well over three decades. It’s been no less than a singular and remarkable experience. There is something that can only be tapped into creatively with a friend you’ve literally grown up next to on life’s road. I love the fact that I can hear that very special spark through “Mystery Highway”; abandon, passion, the joy of the moment. You can almost hear our laughter between the notes.

Phil and I are like apples and oranges. I couldn’t possibly bring what he can to the artistic table and he doesn’t do what I do either. Instead we simply trust and respect each other enough to encourage one another’s strengths. More than anything else though, my fondest hope is that this record might be a musical testament to God’s love and what it’s meant for these two brothers as we’ve traveled side by side down the mystery highway.
-Randy Stonehill

I met Randy in 1971 where we were doing a Jesus rock concert with Glass Harp and Larry Norman. Randy and Larry hung out with me as we had to change venues due to a rain storm. The concert was then rescheduled indoors. Since that time, when I was 20 years young, Randy and I have toured and recorded on several occasions. We also had the privilege to travel with Compassion International to Haiti and visit our sponsored kids there, as well as sing Randy’s wonderful song “Who Will Save The Children”.

The years have flown by, but we still have brotherly love and respect for each other. With Randy living on the west coast and me in Nashville, the distance didn’t keep us from collaborating on a new collection of songs. Randy began scheduling songwriting sessions here in Nashville about every couple of months – and being that we really enjoy hanging out together and amusing each other (the guy still makes me laugh a lot), we thought, yea, let’s also write and see what comes of it. So, each time we would work on a tune and record the basic tracks to it. After Randy left for home, I would further add bass, drums, guitars and more vocals. All the tunes were written by the two of us except for the Mark Heard classic “Love Is Not The Only Thing”. Randy also helped me reshape and rewrite an old tune of mine, “We’ll Meet Again”, that I had written in high school. We even re-recorded our song “Sunday’s Child” for a fraction of the cost from the 1987 original, having recorded it in my small studio. All in all, the intention of these recordings was to communicate and share our love of music together and the friendship that we share as brothers in a very spontaneous manner. Many thanks to Mike Pachelli for mixing the tracks and adding his voice in a few choice pieces. Also thanks to Ray Ware for inspiring me to create music around Randy’ Rockman ad-lib – which was one of those out takes. I “hope you will enjoy the show”.
